Beach Lights
Amp up your evening at the beach with a stunning, free oceanside attraction that’s fun for the entire family. This nightly lighting attraction features high-powered searchlights that accent the sky and surrounding area around N. Division Street and the Boardwalk. Watch in awe as spotlights move and sway, creating a dancing display of light to musical selections played through boardwalk speakers. The lights change into a variety of colors, bathing the beachscape and boardwalk in vibrant colors. Every night until September 3, from 9 pm to 11 pm, catch these special 3-minute displays at 9:00 pm, 9:20 pm, 9:40 pm, 10:00 pm, 10:20 pm, 10:40 pm, and 11:00 pm.
Sundaes in the Park
After a busy Sunday on the beach and Boardwalk, wind down with an evening in Northside Park. Enjoy live performances and free activities to keep the kiddies content! Musical variations include everything from rock to country to classics. Sit back and relax in the sunshine or take a sunset stroll by the Assawoman Bay. Pack a picnic and indulge in an ice cream delight! End the evening with a free fireworks display at 9pm. In the event of inclement weather, this event will be moved inside the complex. Every Sunday night, 7 – 9 pm, 125th Street on the bay.

Free Movies on the Beach
Why pay for the hustle and bustle of a crowded movie theater when you can cuddle up or stretch out on a sandy beach?! Catch classics and free movies on the beach all summer long.
Bring a big blanket, beach chair and all your favorite goodies, because this event really is a treat! Every Monday and Friday at the 27th Street beach and every Wednesday at the Carousel Hotel at 117th Street at 8:30pm until August 29,2018. All movies are subject to change. Get carried away at 1st Street bayside, next to De Lazy Lizard, every evening through September 3, 2018. Surprise the family with a bayside sunset horse and carriage ride they’ll never forget. Family Beach Olympics
Embrace the spirit of competition and take your team to the beach for Family Beach Olympics! All skill levels welcome. Free activities include sand castle contests, tug-of-war, relay games and more!
