As Broker/Owner of Hileman Real Estate, Debbie has been a full-time sales and rental agent since 1984. She was chosen by the local Board as the 1994 rental associate of the year and the 2002 REALTOR® of the Year. She is the past MLS and Budget Committee Chairman, a current Grievance Committee member, Chair of the Broker Advisory Committee and the 2002 President of the Coastal Association of REALTORS®. Debbie holds a real estate license in Maryland and Delaware.

Terri Bradford, a native of Carroll County, Maryland, has been a REALTOR® with Hileman Real Estate since 2002. With her vast experience and knowledge of the industry, Terri mentors the Buyer’s Agents on the team. Watching others succeed in the industry she loves is very gratifying to her. Serving with heart and giving back to the community brings Terri great joy. Her dedication didn’t go unnoticed as she was a recipient of The Community Service Award, a prestigious decoration given by the Coastal Association of REALTORS to acknowledge her outstanding contributions to the community.

In 1999, Terri obtained her Maryland Home Improvement license. Bradford’s expertise in the home building process allows her to consult with her clients regarding remodeling or new home building. Her years of experience and genuine passion for the business makes her an expert negotiator and an excellent solution finder. Terri’s goal to those she serves is to find a perfect home for every buyer and bring optimum return to every seller.

Bethany Drew, a native of Western Maryland, moved to the area in 1992. She purchased her first home with Debbie Hileman which led her to join Debbie’s brokerage in 1999. In 2007, Drew co-founded the Power of 2 Team with partner, Terri Bradford. As a team leader, Bethany is a visionary whose creative ideas and innovative approach give her clients an unsurpassed level of service. Licensed in Maryland and Delaware, Bethany is one of the most accomplished and respected REALTORS® on the Eastern Shore.

Drew is a member of The Coastal Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, a society that ensures all REALTORS® abide by association rules, demonstrate professionalism, and perform ethically. Prioritizing honesty and integrity and maintaining in-depth knowledge of local market has made Bethany a go-to expert in all aspects of real estate.

Now, a long-time resident of the area, Drew is well-connected and actively involved in the community. Bethany understands what it is like to stand in her clients’ shoes. Relocating several times (buying, selling, and building houses of her own) has afforded Bethany a sensitivity towards her clients’ journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective she gained through her personal experience. Her passion for gardening and interior design gives her a keen eye for selling properties successfully.

Originally from Potomac, MD, Brett Miller joined the Power of 2 Team in 2021 as a marketing intern. During his first year on the team, Brett gained invaluable knowledge of the back-office process which allowed him to better understand the real estate industry. Since graduating from Salisbury University with a degree in Marketing in 2021, Brett decided to pursue a career in real estate. Now, a licensed REALTOR®, Brett approaches every relationship with enthusiasm and each transaction with integrity. He still plays an active role in planning team events, preparing marketing materials, and overseeing projects.

Becoming a REALTOR® came naturally to Brett since he grew up with a father who has been in the industry for a long time. Brett is known for his selflessness and outgoing personality. Aside from real estate, Brett enjoys playing golf, going to the beach, fishing, working out at a local gym, and hanging out with his friends. His active lifestyle broadened his insight into local hot spots that he is happy to share with his clients.

Known for her energy, integrity, and community focus, Cameron provides exceptional service and lasting relationships built on trust. Cameron holds multiple professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Housing Opportunity REALTOR®, Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Coastal Area Local Specialist. She also serves on the Coastal Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors as Secretary/Treasurer Elect and as Board Liaison for the Government Affairs Committee, advocating for homeowners and her community.

Beyond real estate, Cameron volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Eastern Shore and enjoys the coastal lifestyle—beach days, mountain hikes, and time with family and friends. Cherody Budler brings compassion, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit to her role with The Power of 2 Team. With a background in the medical field and experience as a local business owner, she has built a reputation for exceptional service, trust, and care.

Cherody combines her people-first approach with strong business insight and deep community connections, helping clients navigate buying or selling with confidence and ease. Her professionalism, reliability, and genuine warmth make her a valued partner in every real estate journey. Whether assisting first-time buyers, growing families, or those looking to downsize, Cherody is committed to making each experience smooth, informed, and stress free.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with family, taking road trips, tackling DIY projects, and enjoying the outdoors. She takes pride in helping others feel at home in the community she loves.

A Worcester County resident since 1980, and a full-time Maryland real estate agent since 1991, Cindy has earned the Graduate of REALTORS® Institute designation, as well as numerous Multi-Million Dollar Sales Awards. Cindy prides herself on her repeat customers and growing referral base. She has consistently earned high scores on customer satisfaction surveys. Her two children were born and raised right here in the resort area, and her husband operates The Harvest Grove Garden Market just outside of Ocean Pines.

Lydia began her real estate career in 2000 when she was a licensed assistant for a local broker. In 2008 she joined her aunt Sonia Zaffiris with performing administrative duties and most recently has begun to represent bank owned home sales and listings. In helping sell Sonia’s bank-owned listings, Lydia has communicated and negotiated with a variety of clients, from big corporations to 2nd home buyers from all over the country (and Canada) to investors to first-time home buyers.

Lydia volunteers in a variety of community activities, including a local elementary school, where both of her young boys attend. She was born in Baltimore and raised in Berlin. This has given her a unique perspective in successfully helping to market and sell both vacation and year-round housing. Lydia works with buyers and sellers and has an excellent customer satisfaction rating and currently serves on the Coastal Association of REALTORS Greivance Committee. Lydia is licensed in Maryland and Delaware.

Lynette joined Hileman Real Estate in 2011 after being in the business for five years. When Lynette relocated to the Eastern Shore from Hickory NC to take care of father, she decided that helping clients find the home of their dreams was what she wanted to do. Lynette became very active in the business early by volunteering for committees at the local and state association.

She joined the Women’s Council of REALTORS® to network and learn from the top agents. Lynette served as VP of Membership, Pres-Elect and President of the Coastal Delmarva Chapter. She is currently the 2012 Maryland State Chapter President of WCR. In 2010 she earned the prestigious Rookie REALTOR® of the Year Award from the Maryland Association of REALTORS®. A relocation specialist, Lynette has designations of CRS, GREEN, PMN, SRES. She is currently licensed in Maryland and Delaware.

Marisa joined Hileman Real Estate in 2012 after earning her Maryland Real Estate license. Marisa has earned the designation of Accredited Staging Professional and is able to use those skills to help homeowners prepare their property for the sales market.

Olga has been a member of the Power of 2 Team since 2010. With her background in banking and degrees in communication, public relations and accounting, Olga is central in client communication and processing. She keeps the team organized and focuses on the client as the Licensed Office Manager.
