Tiki 1 and Tiki 2 each have three bedrooms and one bath, and each unit sleeps eight guests. Tiki Too 3 and Tiki Too 4 units have three bedrooms and two baths, and each of these units sleeps eight as well. Each unit has one parking space.
Seas the Day
Seas the Day is an ocean block duplex located on 78th St., just 200 ft. from the beach. This property accommodates up to 24 guests in its two units: Seas the Day 1 and Seas the Day 2, each of which has three bedrooms and two baths. Up to four vehicles can park on the property.
You, Me, and the Sea
You, Me, and the Sea is a fully renovated three-family home located on 142nd St. in Caine Woods, a desirable bayside residential community. Although not on the water, this property is just 4 blocks from the beach, and it’s within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
You, Me, and the Sea A has two bedrooms and two baths, and it sleeps five guests. You, Me, and the Sea B and You, Me, and the Sea C each have one bedroom and one bath, and each of these units sleeps three guests. Up to six vehicles may park on-site.
Due to Ocean City residential zoning regulations, non-family groups are restricted to four individuals per unit at You Me and the Sea. Ocean City defines a family as individuals who live together and share cooking facilities.
